Brooklyn based post metal boys have just released their new EP
Thera Roya is a Brooklyn based post-metal band formed in 2011 by original members Ryan Smith and Jonny Cohn, with the addition of guitarist Chris Eustaquio in 2012. Influences stem from many of the artists who set the stage for this genre such as Isis, Neurosis, Pelican, etc.
Fans of this music will find a fresh interpretation with TR; the members explore deep emotional landscapes available in this genre, from depression and existential passages to rage, triumph and subtle beauty. Always writing vulnerably, always expressing themselves with intent and playing with conviction.
