A complex combination of duelling guitars, heavy riffs, pounding drums, heavy growling and melodic vocals, Ketos are an unapologetic explosion of violent rage and furious anger.
Hailing from Belfast, Northern Ireland Ketos are a melodic thrash metal band, and will be releasing their debut single ‘Chaos Theory’ on the 2nd of June.
The band name, which is a term for the ancient Greek mythological Kraken, represents their sound, which brings together old school thrash with new wave ideas to give a unique sound that is as refreshing as it is crushingly heavy. They have been likened to Testament, Killswitch Engage, early Trivium and Arch Enemy.

Ketos launched in January 2017 with the release of their debut EP ‘Rise’. The band have been cutting their teeth on the club scene in both the North and South of Ireland, where their heavy grooving style has been well received.
