Grammy nominees Gojira have debuted the official music video for ‘The Cell’, which is featured on their critically adored new LP, ‘Magma’.
The video, directed by Drew Cox, sees Gojira delivering a pummeling performance captured by a thermal-imaging camera. Watch it via Gojira’s YouTube channel at:
The band return to the UK next month for a string of headline dates, with Code Orange and Car Bomb as support. Tickets are on sale now for the following shows:

Last year, ‘Magma’ staked its claim amongst the best albums of 2016, earning multiple coveted “Album of the Year” titles whilst earning Gojira their first ever Grammy nominations for ‘Best Metal Performance’ (for track ‘Silvera’) and ‘Best Rock Album’ (for ‘Magma’). On release in June, the album took the #1 spot on Billboard’s ‘Hard Rock Albums’ chart, making Gojira the first French band to hold the #1 spot on the chart in its nine year existence.
