IMPERIAL STATE ELECTRIC have been nominated for a Swedish Grammy Award for their “Anywhere Loud” album which came out on Psychout Records/ Sound Pollution in February 2018 and crashed the Swedish national charts at Number 1 on release!

The hard rocking outfit featuring Nicke Andersson, Tobias Egge, Tomas Eriksson and Dolf de Borst are nominated for Best Rock Album Of The Year alongside Hurula, Avantgardet, Les Big Byrds and Viagra Boys.

The Grammy‘s are the Swedish equivalent of the Grammy‘s and originally started in 1969 until 1972 and were reinstated in 1987 Presented by the International Federation Of The Phonographic Industry the Grammi‘s take place on February 7, 2019 at Annexet in Stockholm.
