FOXHAUNT are an alternative rock band from York, UK. The band released their debut single ‘On My Mind’ and played a sold out hometown headline show in Sept ‘18. Ever since then, the band played multiple shows across their home country including notable gigs with Emarosa and Normandie. One of their last singles, ‘Point To Prove’, was also critically acclaimed within the alternative scene.
As individuals, the band are influenced by different artists but all believe in creating music that not only excites on record but also hits home with fans in a live environment. Their influences include Linkin Park, Don Broco, Alexisonfire and more within this genre.
Latest single ‘Trust No One’s core message is that you can’t count on everyone around you to have your back. This is drawn from personal experiences, where naivety can sometimes get the better of you. Believing everyone has your best interest at heart can be more detrimental than believing no one does, so this song expresses that opinion. The chorus echoes this and we hope people who hear this song will always remember to keep their wits about them.
